sahabat itu ,menurut orang banyak, adalah orang yg selalu ada pas lagi sedih, susah, maupun senang. tapi itu kata kebanyakan orang banyak. sahabat itu ...apa ya? bener-bener susah buat menuliskan kata-kata "apa sih sebenernya sahabat itu?"

lagu diatas memang ada benarnya juga. karena tanpa merka aku pasti gag akan bisa berjalan dan berdiri sendiri. setiap orang kan memang membutuhkan orang lain, jadi ya sahabat itu orang yang tidak akan mengecewakan kita, menerima kita apa adanya dan tidak mengubah kita.

Plant-based Diet? Fixing my eating habits

This year, all plan crumbles. Holiday plans, career plan, and health plan. None of  it works. I became more vulnerable to any kind of allergies, dust, air, food, water - you name it. I live a lot healthier when I was home. All foods cooked by my mom, mostly without MSG, fresh and clean. Now that I moved out from home, all of that thing gone. Take out, food stall, deliveries, junk food, all the unhealthy food that you can imagine. Then I gain weight because of my habits and working hours. I visit the hospital more often than I usually go. I spent millions rupiah for medicines but none of it kinda work for me. I got quite stressed with my work due to the working hours and lately due to the amount of the works that I handle.  Today, a friend shared a story about plant-based diet.
