                For the first time, I bought my own photobook. Jjang jjang jjang~ FROM TOP Photobook~!!!

                I amaze by the photos that TOP Oppa took in LA last year. He made a photobook because he wants to make a good memory for all of his fans when he was 27 years old. He is little bit old, but his mind likes 5 year-old boy. I love all the photos. TOP oppa has a lot of expression. He can make any kind expression. He also share his thought and his feeling in this book, even this is just a photobook. He share what he feel and what his now using a photo. As a people, he can sad too. 






       I wrote this because I adore him as an idol, role model, and also a brother. Even we never meet before. I just feel close with him. He is shy, warm person, and a person that full of honor. Yes, but also no, he became my ideal type of man. The reason is, I don’t know how much reason do I have, I never have big brother, so I will see them how much they can take care of me, also I no longer have father.

Plant-based Diet? Fixing my eating habits

This year, all plan crumbles. Holiday plans, career plan, and health plan. None of  it works. I became more vulnerable to any kind of allergies, dust, air, food, water - you name it. I live a lot healthier when I was home. All foods cooked by my mom, mostly without MSG, fresh and clean. Now that I moved out from home, all of that thing gone. Take out, food stall, deliveries, junk food, all the unhealthy food that you can imagine. Then I gain weight because of my habits and working hours. I visit the hospital more often than I usually go. I spent millions rupiah for medicines but none of it kinda work for me. I got quite stressed with my work due to the working hours and lately due to the amount of the works that I handle.  Today, a friend shared a story about plant-based diet.
