I won't forget this memory. A lot of memories. We made this memory, together, as one, as a family, as brothers and sisters. Maybe this is not important for you, but for me, this is something that make me alive.

Plant-based Diet? Fixing my eating habits

This year, all plan crumbles. Holiday plans, career plan, and health plan. None of  it works. I became more vulnerable to any kind of allergies, dust, air, food, water - you name it. I live a lot healthier when I was home. All foods cooked by my mom, mostly without MSG, fresh and clean. Now that I moved out from home, all of that thing gone. Take out, food stall, deliveries, junk food, all the unhealthy food that you can imagine. Then I gain weight because of my habits and working hours. I visit the hospital more often than I usually go. I spent millions rupiah for medicines but none of it kinda work for me. I got quite stressed with my work due to the working hours and lately due to the amount of the works that I handle.  Today, a friend shared a story about plant-based diet.
